Who We Are
My name is Heather Middleton Winston and I am a native Chattanoogan. While growing up I have always had a love for helping others. I enjoyed being a single mom to my beautiful daughter, Mallorye for many years. I attended nursing school in 2004 and following graduation I worked at the Chattanooga Allergy Clinic for 16 years. In 2021, after working through COVID I decided to take a leap of faith and create NEAT.
A passion for organizing and keeping things in order is in my DNA. The greatest joy in my small business is seeing how effortlessly I can help my clients transform their homes, businesses and most of all, their lives.
One of the biggest pleasures for me is walking into a home or business and seeing the potential it holds. I have a passion for the instant gratification of my job, taking a space and making it exceptional. It is an immense feeling to walk away after a few hours of hard work and see the brand-new space I have created for my clients.
